1, production enterprises: Spanish amygdala production enterprises must ensure that their products comply with Chinas food safety and plant sanitation related laws and regulations as well as Chinas food safety national standards.In addition, the production, processing, storage units of amygdala must be recommended by the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, and registered by the General Office of Customs of the Peoples Republic of China.

Plant vaccination: Spanish amygdala can not carry the following preventive harmful organisms concerned by China: Trogoderma granarium Everts, Trogoderma versicolor (Creutzer), Trogoderma variabile Ballion, Trogoderma inclusum LeConte, Ectomyelois ceratoniae (zeller).

3, production requirements: Spanish almond must use drying machines such as dryers or dryers for high temperature dehydration.In addition, the entire process from packaging, storage to transportation, should comply with the relevant safety and hygiene requirements of China and Spain, to prevent contamination by pathogenic microbes or toxic harmful substances.

4, food safety: Spanish almonds must comply with Chinas food safety related laws and regulations and national food safety standards.

5, packaging requirements: Spanish almond must use clean, sanitary, airborne, new packaging materials that meet food safety and plant sanitation requirements, and prevent leakage during transportation. Each packaging should be labelled This product is exported to the Peoples Republic of China, as well as the name of the almond almond, the name of the production processing enterprise and its registration number in China, the name and address of the exporter and other traceable information in Chinese or English.

6, plant sanitation certificate requirements: The Spanish official must issue a plant sanitation certificate for each batch of almonds that complies with the requirements of the Protocol, and in the certificate supplementary declaration shall indicate the name of the amygdala processing enterprise, the registration number in China and the almonds certified by the plant sanitation certificate complies with the provisions of the Protocol on the requirements of sanitation for the inspection of Spanish almonds trans-China signed by both sides in Beijing on March 31, 2023.
